Can I take photos?
Of course! The #HanukkahFactory was created with you in mind. EXPERIENCE, CAPTURE, SHARE. We encourage you to take photos throughout your experience and share it with your friends and family. . Can I book a group event?
Yes, We have a state of the art entertainment facility attached to the factory. We encourage you to use the exhibit as part of a larger event such as happy hour, team building programs, youth group activities or holiday parties for your friends, family or co-workers. What should I bring?
Your ticket, photo ID and your holiday spirit!
What time do I need to arrive?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your ticket time.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We will have limited tickets at the door which range in price depending on the daily capacity.
I haven't received my ticket. What can I do?
Please check your inbox for your ticket. Sometime mail servers send the mail to the spam folder or to the updates tab in gmail. Please search your inbox for this string “X” to find all instances that may reference your ticket purchase.
How long is the experience?
The guest experience is 35-50 minutes to explore the entire space.
Is the exhibit self guided?
The tour is self guided. We provide on-staff photographers to capture special moments as you experience the event.
Is the factory for all ages?
Yes , The Hanukkah Factory is a family event and we cater to all age groups. There is something for everyone!
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed in the exhibit, however we do provide safe and secure storage as a courtesy.
Can I bring food and drink?
External food and beverages are not allowed at the event. No food or beverages are allowed in the exhibit area. The Hanukkah Factory is an annual fundraising event and food and beverages will be available for purchase on site.
Are there bathrooms?
Yes , the Hanukkah factory has restrooms throughout the space.
